We know what it’s like to make a large capital investment only to be let down. That’s why we’ve developed solution for our clients to invest in their IT infrastructure, but slowly and over time. We’ll never suggest a massive overhaul that costs ten’s of thousands of dollars without proving the solution first, and in such a way that you make only a tenth of the investment that would otherwise be necessary. How many managed IT service providers can say that? Here’ some of the way’s we lower capital expenditure:
Everything from file sharing to application hosting can be done in the cloud. Use it as a sandbox before making larger investments, or as a permanent highly available solution.
Hardware as a Service
Pay a small monthly fee for any of our preferred hardware. When it needs upgraded we’ll take it back. If it breaks, we replace it. If you later decide to outright buy, that’s fine.
One machine can host many different virtual machines, no need to buy many PC’s and Servers. We make this cost efficient, using free VMWare hypervisors in the right cases.
Just because a huge enterprise replaces hardware every 3 years doesn’t mean it’s not perfect for you. With the right recovery plan in place, if this is where you want to save, we’re all about it.
Everything listed in the description of our managed IT services, but for clarity hardware and some services outside of our scope are not included and are listed as such.

We did our best to provide a tool to estimate your monthly cost for managed IT services. However, actual prices will vary. It’s typically higher if you run some more advanced server features, and typically lower if you have a lot of PC’s that only access cloud services.
All in all, the estimates will get you pretty close, but we always recommend calling to tell us more about your application.
Most of the work we do is front loaded. The longer we have a client, the smoother things run. For this reason we have a minimum term of 12-24 months with built-in renewals. Renewal can be declined with a 3 word email “cancel my service” any time 30 days prior to renewal.
We promise rapid remediation of your pain points, but the real benefits come in the long term. We want to grow with you.
Hardware is not included in the pricing estimate. We are adamant about using particular products, mostly network gear, so they will need to be purchased. However, you can add the cost of the hardware to your monthly payments so that you still pay nothing upfront.
Cabling services are not included, but we are happy to pull any amount of cable, it will just be billed for separately. We also do equipment wiring cleanups.
Third party services, including but not limited to Office 365, AWS, and Azure, are not included. This also applies to our virtual private cloud hosting service.

Currently, our all inclusive managed IT services are only available in Chicago and the Northwest suburbs. We live here, and so does our support desk.

A portion of our services, managed cloud backup, is not geographically restriced and can be deployed anywhere in the United States.
